Cancellation Policy

At Australiarxmeds we must provide satisfaction to customers. All orders, no matter who the client is, receive 100% marketing. To ensure that each item reaches our customers on time and in good condition, it is our obligation.

Please get in touch with us if you need to return something you bought.

Just inform us about your cancellation request and we will cancel your order. Don’t worry about the refund money too. We will send it as soon as the order is approved for cancellation. But such a refund is done only after a few verifications and authenticating the customer.

There may be times when this happens within 12 hours of when you place the order, depending on the circumstances. There may be several reasons why a consumer cancels an agreement, and it is important to maintain the flexibility of the arrangement as much as possible. Order Cancellation Due To Delivery Delay

Occasionally, customers may not meet the levels of satisfaction with the delivery time management of our logistics services.

You have the option to cancel at any point while in journey. If your package has already reached your country’s customs, we may not refund your money. In such cases, we may deduct any charges like customs duty.

Wrong Product Delivered, Cancellation

We are responsible if you get a different brand or dose of medicine than what you ordered.
